Look at that smile! Harrison loving the snuggles from Myla.
Last night we watched the two darling little girls I nanny for. They had a GREAT time playing with the kids, singing, dancing, going for a walk, having pizza and smoothies and making us laugh all night long! The girls taught Myla to say "epic fail!" We ended the night in the camper where they played in the dark with glow sticks and bracelets. Very fun!

Sweet girls!

Dakota loving her new swimming pool - she played in it for almost four hours!

Myla - sweet baby!

Kissing sisters! Love this pic - so hard to get one of them together.........

Dakota was SO happy in her pool........definitely a water baby!

Myla and Sushi - the other "baby" I take care of........
These are some photos of the darling little girls I care for. Yesterday was 100 degrees outside and mommy Julie bought a pool that fit inside their playhouse. They had SO much fun in it and beat the heat playing in the water from morning till naptime.

My sweet Hannah!
These were taken at Willis Tucker Park. It has a cool spray pad with all sorts of water features as well as a park with swings, teeter-totters, merry-go-round, etc. The kids and I went there on Monday and liked it so much we went back on Weds. with Myla and Dakota. Fun in the summer sun!

The Manny!

Harrison "nursing" Myla after she fell off the swing set (notice ice pack behind her head!)
Harrison teaching Myla the fine art of Nintendo DS!

Harrison has been coming to work with me the past two days and I have to say, he's been amazing! What a great help he's been - entertaining the kids, putting them down for naps, nursing their wounds, giving hugs and encouragement - I tell you, he's a natural with kids (I have no idea where he gets that!) :)
Anyway, I told him he's going to be a great babysitter one of these days. He is so gentle and sweet with Dakota, who has special needs, and he has some sort of magic that gets her to talk a LOT! She doesn't have too many words, but Harrison seems to get them out of her and then some. He had her saying the funniest things on the swingset. And he just adores Myla. He insists he's her new best friend and that she "likes him best". Both girls totally accepted him putting them down for naps and Myla even let him hold an ice pack on her head after she fell off the swings. It was sweet to see what a loving little guy he's turned out to be and how amazing he is with little kids. Oh! And he cleaned up the house, stacking and sorting everything and even dusted. He's going to make a great husband someday! :)

Dakota's birthday party!

We went to Dakota's 4th birthday party today. It was a lot of fun and I finally got to meet more of the extended family of the Lee's, whom I nanny for. Their girls are so sweet and fun and my kids just love them. They look forward to every opportunity they get to spend time with them. It's so fun to have little ones in our lives still, especially now that our kids are growing up so much! Here are some of my favorite party photos.

My Little Charges

I've not yet posted any photos of the two adorable girls I spend part of my week with - Myla and Dakota! I work as a nanny for these two sweet girls part-time and I LOVE it! It's the best job and they really are such sweet girls. We have a lot of fun together. Now that my kids are getting older, it's nice to go back to the toddler stages and do all the fun things I used to do with my kids. I marvel at the things they learn and say each day and love to hear their toddler talk. They're a joy!
